How do I track my order? 
For your convenience, you can track your order at any time online through our shipping partners of US Postal Service or UPS. Simply provide your email address and order number to track your order. Or, click on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. 

What are your delivery options?
All merchandise ordered on can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico,  We offer three convenient shipping methods for orders: (1) Standard Ground Shipping, (2) 2-Day Flat-Rate Delivery, and (3) Next-Day Flat-Rate Delivery.

*Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days. 

** Orders received at our fulfillment center before 12:00 PM EST should ship that same day; orders received after 12:00 PM EST should ship the next Business Day. 

NOTE: All deliveries to Puerto Rico, are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all APO/FPO and P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations. Additionally, for some orders having a high dollar value over a certain threshold, we may require a signature for the delivery, which means they may not be eligible for Standard Ground Shipping (however, you will not be charged for the expedited shipping method in this circumstance).

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and accompanied by an original Giancarlo Gedler receipt/invoice or gift receipt.  Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept custom-made items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, We do, please contact our sales department to coordinate and get a rate for international shipping.  

What is your returns policy?
All returns/exchanges claims, whether by mail or in store, must be made within 7 days after goods are received. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. We will only accept returns defected merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all merchandise received without an RA.

Final Sale Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. All altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.
